Alpha Phi Sigma (APS)/Criminal Justice Honor Society held it's induction ceremony

Alpha Phi Sigma (APS)/ Criminal Justice Honor Society members were inducted on April 17th.

On April 17th, Dr. Christopher Totten , Alpha Phi Sigma (APS)/ Criminal Justice Honor Society faculty advisor, presided over the event where new APS/ Criminal Justice Honor Society members were inducted as part of an official ceremony.  Family members and friends of the inductees attended the ceremony. Probation officer Tim Eford of Cobb County, GA, spoke at the event.

New members inducted at the ceremony were:  Jeffrey Gauldin, Mary-Catherine Ma Gill, Daniel Ozment, Ebony Williams, Derick Leung, Patricia Francois, Askari Dobbs, Dominique Lelonek (APS Treasurer), Shikara Carroll, and Matheson Sanchez (graduate student).  Ebony Bryant (APS President/ graduate student) and Malekica Cade (APS Secretary) also participated in this event.  


To become an APS / CJ Honor Society member, students must attain, at the time of membership, a G.P.A. of 3.2 (undergraduate) or 3.4 (graduate), among several other requirements.  


CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NEW MEMBERS OF THE KAPPA UPSILON CHAPTER OF ALPHA PHI SIGMA, THE NATIONAL CRIMINAL JUSTICE HONOR SOCIETY !
